3.1 Local Storage
All your habit data is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. We do not upload your personal habit data to external servers.
3.2 iCloud Sync
If iCloud sync is enabled:
- Your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit (iCloud)
- Your data remains in your personal iCloud account
- We do not have access to your iCloud data
- You can opt out of iCloud sync at any time

- Deleting individual trackers within the app
- Uninstalling the app (removes all local data)
- Requesting data deletion by contacting us
5.3 Notification Permissions
You can manage notification permissions at any time through your device's Settings app.
5.4 Subscription Management
Manage your subscription through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
6. Children's Privacy
Habitifi is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
7. International Users
Habitifi is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale. Habitifi does not sell personal information.
10. GDPR Rights (European Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control over your data.
